Researching the perfect home for you and your family is what we do with passion. Our huge network of real estate agents, construction companies and private property managers allows us to find places to rent, that are not even publicly available yet.
Our home search package includes:
- Detailed briefing call to find out about your needs
- Researching properties that match your criteria
- Making appointments for viewings of the property
- Accompanying you to the viewing
- Checking the rental contracts
To make it as easy for you as possible to find your new home in Germany, we will provide you with as many proposals as you need. You can select the number of appointments to make and viewings we should attend in person during the checkout process.
Please be aware that it is not guaranteed that you will be the lucky one who moves into the property. This decision is made by the property owner and we have only limited say in this. We will, however, make sure that you have all necessary documents at hand and have a good chance to be the one selected.
